Job Summary
An information technology company is seeking a Remote Vulnerability Management Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Driving the strategic direction and execution plans for the Vulnerability Management program for security across Company globally
- Establishing the vision and guiding the implementation of world-class vulnerability detection capabilities in our on premise and cloud environments
- Partnering with Threat Intelligence and Cyber Security Incident Response team to deliver shared outcomes that measurably improve our efficacy and efficiency to detect and respond to vulnerabilities and threats
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Deep expertise in security, high-scale distributed systems and proven expertise in implementing large programs across globally distributed teams
- Ability to create and lead a high performing global team of security professionals through vulnerability life-cycle processes such as detection, analysis, prioritization and reporting
- Ability to understand Company’s business, technology, and its surrounding ecosystems, and develop a vulnerability management program that minimizes impact and reduces risk to the firm
- Minimum of five years of experience in cybersecurity organizational practices, operations risk management processes, architectural requirements, and vulnerability risk
- Minimum of ten years experience building a vulnerability program
- Minimum of 10 years proven experience and demonstrated success in technology leadership with emphasis on vulnerability management, information security and a strong technical background
