Job Summary
A business services company specializing in customer relationship management is in need of a Remote WAH Talent Acquisition Recruiter .
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Consulting with corporate and site operations to ensure alignment between recruiting needs and recruiting strategy
- Conducting skills testing and office interviews to measure capability and aptitude
- Serving as the recruiting liaison for company sponsored committees and initiatives such as college recruitment programs
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Associates Degree
- Some experience in human resources
- Experience working with general office equipment, to include computer software (MS Office), telephone, calculator, etc
- Ability to organize and manage and office environment effectively
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written
