Job Summary
An education company is in need of a Remote Waitlist and Lottery Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with managing all enrollment notices, dates, caps, and waitlist programs for schools
- Working to consistently improve the customer experience;
- Contributing to development of strategies to increase enrollments and streamline the enrollment process
Position Requirements Include:
- Previous experience managing waitlists and enrollment pipelines required
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Google suite software
- Previous experience working in a customer service, sales, or back office operation preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quality, informed decisions
