Job Summary

An avionics and information technology systems company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Warranty Associate.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Evaluating and adjudicating warranty claims in conjunction with other team members
  • Reviewing and analyzing Customer Warranty repair requests/claims
  • Preparing and releasing of Warranty Orders and Credit Memos

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of prior relevant experience
  • Experience in Customer/Warranty Administration in Aerospace Repair and Overhaul or Manufacturing
  • Experience with negotiation & problem-solving
  • Experience with SAP or other similar ERP system
