Job Summary

A home warranty and services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Warranty Authorizer Customer Service Representative in Prescott Valley.

Must be able to:

  • Interpret contracts and coverage for inquiries from customers, technicians, and contractors related to HVAC, appliance and other home systems
  • Approve initial diagnosis of issues reported by customers
  • Authorize repair (or replacement) of systems or appliances covered by the plan

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior customer service or related experience is preferable
  • Ability to effectively interpret home warranty plans, contract coverage, etc
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and explain solutions
  • Effective ability to resolve conflicts
  • Ability to coordinate appropriate follow-up with customers or contractors to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily
