Job Summary
A home warranty and services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Warranty Authorizer Customer Service Representative in Prescott Valley.
Must be able to:
- Interpret contracts and coverage for inquiries from customers, technicians, and contractors related to HVAC, appliance and other home systems
- Approve initial diagnosis of issues reported by customers
- Authorize repair (or replacement) of systems or appliances covered by the plan
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior customer service or related experience is preferable
- Ability to effectively interpret home warranty plans, contract coverage, etc
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and explain solutions
- Effective ability to resolve conflicts
- Ability to coordinate appropriate follow-up with customers or contractors to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily
