Job Summary

A warranty processing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Warranty Claims Administrator.

Must be able to:

  • Work all dealers’ claims completely, daily
  • Book and close claims
  • Submit claims for payment

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5 years in warranty administration
  • Certified or trained in at least 1 manufacturer
  • Proficient at reading technician stories and applying appropriate labor codes
  • Knowledge of automotive dealership service departments
  • Knowledge of accounting debits and credits
