Key responsibilities

• Convert inbound calls from customers seeking to protect their appliance purchases

Required qualifications

• At least 6 months of sales experience in retail, phone sales, or similar roles
• Ability to build rapport and engage customers in meaningful conversations
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills
