Job Summary

To support a dynamic sales team, the fully remote Warranty Sales Executive will convert inbound calls into sales, upsell extended warranties, and represent well-known brands while earning a steady base pay and uncapped bonuses.

Key responsibilities

• Convert inbound calls from customers seeking to protect their appliance purchases
• Upsell extended warranties by demonstrating value and handling objections effectively
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while fostering a competitive team environment

Required qualifications

• At least 6 months of sales experience in retail, phone, or related fields
• Ability to build rapport and engage in impactful conversations with customers
• Strong objection-handling skills and motivation to compete for performance-based rewards
• Commitment to attendance and adherence to scheduled work hours
• Technical readiness with a Windows 11 PC, headset, webcam, and reliable internet connection
