Job Summary

An extended warranty service provider has an open position for a Remote Warranty Technical Support Specialist in Charlotte.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Deliver a differentiated customer experience as measured by performance objectives
• Assist customers with the claim filing process, including approving and denying claims
• Convey interest in each customer through courtesy, active listening, and a friendly and caring voice image

Qualifications Include:

• Strong transcription, critical thinking and web navigation skills while providing quality phone support
• Qualified candidates will exhibit strong communication skills
• Must have a strong working knowledge of software and operating systems
• Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills
