Job Summary

A non-profit healthcare and hospital system is filling a position for a Remote Washington Licensed Ambulatory Registered Nurse Care Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Orchestrating care across the health care continuum
  • Identifying opportunities to continually improve patient care
  • Improving population health

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 3 years of recent clinical hospital/ambulatory experience
  • BSN or Associates Degree in Nursing with other Bachelor s degree
