Job Summary
A healthcare provider is filling a position for a Remote Washington Licensed Collaborative Care Therapist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting and closely coordinating mental health care
- Screening and assessing patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders
- Monitoring patients for changes in clinical symptoms
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Active mental health professional license (Ph.D., PsyD, ACSW, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, AMFT, LMHC, LPC, or equivalent)
- At least one year of post-graduate clinical work experience
- Proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches
- Knowledge of/experience with behavioral health tools (PHQ9, GAD7, CSSRS, etc)
- Technical proficiency in a variety of platforms including EMRs, ability to quickly learn new technology
