Job Summary
A staffing company is filling a position for a Remote Wastewater Industry Recruiter in Orange.
Must be able to:
- Develop, recommend and execute recruitment strategy
- Provide consultation to hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process
- Manage full life-cycle recruitment
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Once a month needs to visit one of 20 California offices
- 7+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience including
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proven experience identifying and hiring talent within the engineering industry
- Experience building strong business relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
- 3+ years' industry experience in Architecture/Engineering/Construction Services (A/E/C)
