A water treatment and industrial engineering company. has a current position open for a Remote Water Management Customer Service Supervisor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing a team located across the US
  • Directing all activities and responsibilities in the CS area
  • Developing, implementing and maintaining the CS training program

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years of experience in a complex, multi-function customer service operation
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft 360 applications
  • 1+ years’ experience in a lead or supervisory role
  • Knowledge of manufacturing or B2B concepts, practices and procedures and compiling metrics
