Job Summary

A privately-held software technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Waypoint UI Engineering Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Improve the organization's product and define its future potential
• Coach and support the career growth of the engineers developing the web application
• Contribute to our growing engineering management team and culture

Required Skills:

• You have 2-4 years of experience managing front end engineers and have the awareness of the specificity of their work
• You are passionate about the software development lifecycle & how our tools can improve developer experience
• You have experience collaborating closely with the Backend, Product, and Design teams
• Exceptional communication skills for working across the organization, capable of building strong relationships
