Job Summary
The live marketplace for authentic products of current culture is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Web and Mobile Platform Software Engineering Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading a team of ~10 senior web and mobile software engineers
- Defining and owning platform objectives and metrics for the team
- Mentoring and growing engineers to help them reach their career goals
Qualifications Include:
- 5+ years of engineering experience in iOS, Android, and/or Web technologies
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Deep knowledge of at least one client technology
- You possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- You are able to use data to navigate often conflicting constraints
- BS, MS, or Ph.D. in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
