Job Summary

A digital marketing agency is in need of a Remote Web and Software Development Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing technical work queues
  • Learning new platforms relevant to our business and develop team competencies to work these platforms
  • Developing trusted advisor relationships with strategic clients and partners

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 3-6 years of experience as a Web / Software Development Lead, Manager, or Director
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress and WPEngine or related ecosystems
  • Hands-on experience with LAMP, MERN and related frameworks & tools
  • Practical experience in using the Agile framework to lead teams
  • Strong strategic and critical thinking skills.
