Job Summary

An education technology company is in need of a Remote Web Application Quality Assurance Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Testing web and mobile application releases on a day-to-day and project-by-project basis
  • Developing and executing comprehensive testing plans for each project release
  • Attending meetings within an Agile framework

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Travel is required for an annual company meeting and a handful of times for team or project meetings
  • 5+ years of testing experience: test planning and test execution
  • Experience with API testing tools, such as with ReadyAPI/SOAPUI
  • Experience with Load Testing applications such as LoadNinja
  • Demonstrated experience testing large web applications
  • Experience with MySQL
