A real estate investment firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Web Application Software Engineering Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Leading and growing a team of up to 8-10 software engineers
• Providing career development, goal setting, and coaching to the team
• Setting expectations for, and work with team to ensure, high quality and delivery

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in Engineering Management
• Demonstrated experience hiring, developing, and motivating software engineers
• A great track record in building and delivering modern B2B and B2C applications in a SaaS company
• Experience designing and building full stack web applications and services and deploying them to production environments
