A web design and tech company is filling a position for a Remote Web Design Industry Onboarding Advisor.
Must be able to:
- Inform and educate customers about new offerings and products
- Educate our growing customer base in the use of our tools
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience of working in, or a desire to work for a startup company
- 1+ years in a Customer Service role
- Ability to learn quickly - many in-house tools bespoke tools to navigate through
