Job Summary
A software-as-a-service company has a current position open for a Remote Web Development Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of web developers
- Lead planning of key strategic projects that are aligned with our marketing and business strategies
- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and team status reports
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years previous experience designing and developing websites from initial concept, site architecture, and user interface to finished deliverable
- 3+ years experience in a team lead/management position in a web development function
- Strong leadership skills, executive presence, and communication skills
- Previous experience providing coaching, guidance, and performance managing individual contributors in technical positions
- Ability to juggle multiple, changing priorities while working in a dynamic and demanding environment
