Job Summary
A voluntary health organization is in need of a Remote Web Development Team Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead the Drupal 7 to 9 web migration project
- Oversee the development of feature additions on kidney.org with a strong eye for detail
- Clearly communicate technical challenges to those with less technical knowledge
Qualifications for this position include:
- Senior-level Drupal skills plus soft personal and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education plus professional experience
- 10+ years of experience in Drupal/web application development
- 3+ years experience leading teams and/or mentoring junior staff
- Mastery of web fundamentals, like HTML/CSS, strong knowledge of Javascript
- Strong working knowledge of PHP and MySQL
