Job Summary

A content marketing platform is seeking a Remote Web Development Team Leader.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading a team of up to 10 Technical Consultants and Front-End Developers
  • Digitizing and automating workflows to help the business scale
  • Providing technical leadership to developers on enterprise-scale front-end web projects

Required Skills:

  • 3 years in a web developer or related role
  • Experience coding with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, jQuery and other languages
  • Had one or more work experiences where you mentored and coached people
  • Have project managed a high volume of web development work
  • Understand web software development delivery practices
  • Worked 4+ years or more in web-focused agencies
