Job Summary

An e-learning company that offers courses for engineers needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Web Engineering Team Lead.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Leading web development team in an agile fashion, maintaining and grooming the team’s backlog
• Leading development projects for the website, both large and small
• Owning the technical direction for the website and its infrastructure

Qualifications Include:

• Experience leading and growing a team, and owning technical decisions
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects
• Proficient experience working with core web technologies
• Experience with front-end architecture
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Ability to code for cross-browser compatibility, and sites that require security/authentication
