A web hosting service company is seeking a Remote Web Hosting Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Solving their web technology problems using chat, email/tickets, and phone
  • Installing, configuring, maintaining, and solving errors for content management systems
  • Explaining how DNS and web design tools work

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Must have experience working in the web hosting industry
  • In-depth experience with cPanel and Plesk
  • Ability to troubleshoot website and email problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
