Job Summary

An enterprise software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Web Products Implementation Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Implementing new web applications for licensees from kick-off to go live
  • Assuming a prominent customer facing Account Manager role
  • Providing Project Management and best practice recommendations

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2-4 years experience in ticketing and fundraising with Arts/Cultural organizations
  • Web implementation expert
  • Self-motivatedDemonstration of strong project management, customer service, initiative and ability to assume additional responsibilities
  • Excellent communicator, written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Outstanding problem solving skills and attention to detail
