Job Summary
An enterprise software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Web Products Implementation Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Implementing new web applications for licensees from kick-off to go live
- Assuming a prominent customer facing Account Manager role
- Providing Project Management and best practice recommendations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2-4 years experience in ticketing and fundraising with Arts/Cultural organizations
- Web implementation expert
- Self-motivatedDemonstration of strong project management, customer service, initiative and ability to assume additional responsibilities
- Excellent communicator, written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task
- Outstanding problem solving skills and attention to detail
