Remote Web Project Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Remote Web Project Manager, this full-time position will manage web design and development projects, coordinate teams, and ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Defining project scopes, creating work plans, and managing resources while considering technical constraints and project risks
• Collaborating with design and development teams to clarify project objectives, timelines, and success criteria
• Reviewing deliverables and applying project management methodologies to maintain standards and ensure quality outcomes

Required qualifications

• Experience in responsive design and proficiency with design or editing software
• Knowledge of project management software such as Basecamp, MS Project, or similar tools
• Solid understanding of web design standards and project workflows
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during Pacific Time hours
