Job Summary

A content delivery network and cloud service provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Web Services Engagement Manager in Cambridge.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working as a trusted advisor for key decision maker customers
  • Owning the technical program management
  • Being the senior central point of contact for the customer

Qualifications Include:

  • Working remotely from home or any other work location (up to three days a week)
  • 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s in related field or its equivalent
  • Understanding of the consulting process and the building of strong relationships
  • Experience of managing and delivering large technical customer projects
  • knowledgeable on such technologies as HTTPS, DNS, DevOps, Web Development, etc
  • Have internet technology experience and/or related experience
