Job Summary

A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Webcast Production Coordinator in Chicago.

Must be able to:

• Coordinate webcast logistics including scheduling engineers and speakers and managing speaker timelines
• Build webcast/webinar production platform using Intrado
• Manage day-of webcast event

Qualifications for this position include:

• 2-5+ years of program and/or project management
• Must be positive, service-oriented and detail-oriented
• Working knowledge of webcast production platform
• Experience with project management technology, such as Asana
