Job Summary
A software-as-a-service company that offers online publishing solutions has an open position for a Remote Website Building and Hosting Customer Support Associate.
Must be able to:
- Respond to live chats and customer-submitted email requests in a timely manner
- Perform queue-based typing work approximately 90% of the time
- Guide customers through questions and issues with their Account, Billing, or other transactional inquiries
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Having consistent and dependable WiFi

- Possessing strong written communication skills with accurate grammar and spelling
