Job Summary

An IT service management company has a current position open for a Remote Website Customer Support and Posting Content Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Coordinating daily media uploads
  • Handling the day-to-day operations of multiple consumer-facing websites
  • Providing customer support via email, telephone & chat

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Order management, processing and light inventory management
  • Proficient in typing with a minimum of 55 WMP
  • Familiarity with an image & audio editor
