Remote Website Design and Development Lead
Job Summary
A chemical company has a current position open for a Remote Website Design and Development Lead.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating on creative design and lead technical development of company’s Wordpress based websites
- Working with stakeholders throughout project timelines to ensure goals are being met and respond to stakeholder and user feedback
- Ensuring websites are optimized for responsiveness and performance and protected with industry standard security protocols
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Have 4+ years of experience developing and maintaining websites
- Can understand and develop Wordpress websites and templates
- Evaluate and recommend/develop plugins and other usability and performance enhancing features
- “Speak” HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript
- Understand responsive web design challenges and solutions
- Understand W3C Web Standards/Semantics and Accessibility Guidelines
