Job Summary
IMPACT is a digital sales and marketing training and education company that works with small to mid-sized businesses to grow their thought leadership and sales online. We do this through coaching services, digital marketing agency services, online training, and in-person/virtual events.
As a Website Project Manager, you'll work with a website strategist in order to organize website-related work that needs to get done and communicate to the client the status of where everything is at. You'll work closely with designers and developers within a project management tool to orchestrate all of the tasks that need to get done in order to accomplish the client's objective set by the strategist.
Location: This is a remote position. However, added bonus if you're located within a commutable distance from our office in New Haven, CT.
Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 based on experience.
In this role you will:
Support our clients and our team through all phases of the project development process.
Run weekly client video calls to review project updates and deliverables.
Document project details during team collaborations and help manage the budget and schedule from kickoff to launch.
Assign and manage workflow through our project management system.
Provide website training for clients.
Scope and price website projects of varying sizes.
Successfully challenge clients to remain on time, on budget, and on strategy.
Requirements:
Must have 3+ years of experience working at a digital marketing agency in a client-facing role - specifically focused on leading website redesign projects.
Must have experience using the following CMS's: HubSpot and WordPress.
Must have knowledge of inbound marketing, as well as SEO and web content development.
Must have an obsession with attention to detail.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills (including great spelling & grammar!).
Must have strong project management & client consultation skills.
Must love the fast-paced agency life environment.
