Job Summary

A provider of corporate travel management solutions is filling a position for a Remote Weekend Only Travel Consultant in Fort Myers.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Answering calls and emails promptly from clients
• Booking and issuing airline, hotel, car and other tour reservations
• Maintaining sufficient account knowledge to assist clients without delay

Required Skills:

• HS diploma or GED; or 1-3 months experience/training; or equivalent combination
• Working knowledge of a GDS System; proficient with city, airline, rental codes
• Understanding of Government travel requirements, visas, passports, fares & regulations
• Experience working with a high volume of phone calls and emails
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Computer skills; knowledge of Excel and SABRE, ARC, and TRAMS
