Job Summary

A community-based business insights platform has an open position for a Remote Weekend Production Technician.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Process documents and data in adherence to company standards and client specific technical specifications
  • Create and prepare load files and deliverables for review
  • Format data for importing into legal review software

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Able to work from Friday to Monday, bwteeen 2pm to 1am PST
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Dedication to providing outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing requirements and priorities
  • Ability to use critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication
