Remote Wellness Coordinator

Job Summary

A health insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Wellness Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Receive inbound calls from behavioral health providers requesting prior authorizations
• Input information into multiple documentation systems
• Coordinate information to clinical team partners

Qualifications for this position include:

• High school degree
• Proficient use of computer, including internet searches and MS Office applications
• Oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated effective organizational skills and scheduling skills as observed in day-to-day work
• Customer service skills
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
