Job Summary
The leading provider of primary and secondary market information has an open position for a Remote Member Advisor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing support and guidance to existing customers
- Creating awareness of programs, offerings, and tools to encourage customer engagement and product usage
- Tracking and measuring account engagement
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel, as required
- Minimum of 1-year client facing experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical capabilities required
- Strong organizational skills and ability to plan projects and work with multiple clients simultaneously
