Job Summary

The leading provider of primary and secondary market information has an open position for a Remote Member Advisor.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Providing support and guidance to existing customers
• Creating awareness of programs, offerings, and tools to encourage customer engagement and product usage
• Tracking and measuring account engagement

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Travel, as required
• Minimum of 1-year client facing experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical capabilities required
• Strong organizational skills and ability to plan projects and work with multiple clients simultaneously
