Job Summary
A leading single-source supplier of gases, welding equipment and supplies, and safety products has an open position for a Remote West Division Driver Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Work with hiring managers (e.g. Branch Managers and Plant Managers) to successfully fill open positions for the West Division
- Identify effective recruiting sources and networks, screening candidates, conducting phone screens and in-person interviews, cultivating candidates for future job opportunities, and facilitating the full recruiting life cycle
- Execute recruiting/driver strategies to fill key job openings for CDL Drivers and Route Drivers (Class A and B)
Required Skills:
- Ability to travel 25%
- Minimum of five years of related recruiting experience
- Advanced knowledge of ATS programs
- Proven strong Microsoft office skills (Windows, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
