Core Responsibilities Include:
- Build and lead team of high performing Success Managers for western region of US
- Create scalable methodology to drive optimum business value across top high tech accounts
- Drive all aspects of leading and coaching team to enable growth in enterprise business
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree
- 13-15 years' working in a consulting firm, running team of consultants, and leading success organizations in SaaS company
- Proven track record of trusted advisor to Fortune 500 companies executives in high tech vertical
- Exceptional leader of high integrity, intellect, and character
- Demonstrated success in delivering revenue numbers
- Experience managing large projects and developing consultative and technical teams
