Job Summary
An education technology company is seeking a Remote West Region Customer Success Team Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading a team of dynamic Customer Success Managers as they manage the customer’s journey
- Attaining goal of retaining the customer, and to always look for opportunities to expand the relationship and use of the platform
- Collaborate directly with company’s Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to help build a scalable and united go to market team
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel on a limited basis, upon reopening of schools
- Ability to strategize with a team on regional focused territory plans
- Bachelors’ degree in education, business, or other related fields
- Minimum of 5+ years prior experience in leading Customer Success Team within SaaS Education company required
- Leadership experience, proven excellent presentation skills, and ability to lead others to consensus
- Ability to mitigate customer risk by understanding the renewal statues and account health of the book of business
