Job Summary

An education technology company is seeking a Remote West Region Customer Success Team Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading a team of dynamic Customer Success Managers as they manage the customer’s journey
  • Attaining goal of retaining the customer, and to always look for opportunities to expand the relationship and use of the platform
  • Collaborate directly with company’s Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to help build a scalable and united go to market team

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel on a limited basis, upon reopening of schools
  • Ability to strategize with a team on regional focused territory plans
  • Bachelors’ degree in education, business, or other related fields
  • Minimum of 5+ years prior experience in leading Customer Success Team within SaaS Education company required
  • Leadership experience, proven excellent presentation skills, and ability to lead others to consensus
  • Ability to mitigate customer risk by understanding the renewal statues and account health of the book of business
