Job Summary

A food and beverage company is filling a position for a Remote West Region Member Relations Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage regional Dairy Field staff and member base to ensure that milk standards are met
  • Drive strategic account planning to enable member product delivery specific to animal care
  • Keep abreast of industry and competitive changes that impact our milk supply and member base

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 4-year degree
  • 5+ years' work experience in dairy industry
  • Knowledge and understanding of the federal milk marketing orders and dairy economics
  • 4-year degree in Dairy Science, Agri-Business, Animal Science, or Animal Nutrition
  • Strong communication
  • Conflict resolution
