Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Remote Wheelchair Repair Technician will assess and troubleshoot power mobility and home access equipment, collaborating with manufacturers and field service technicians to provide effective solutions for customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with equipment troubleshooting and repair diagnostics via phone calls
  • Order warranty replacement parts from manufacturers and create work orders for in-home service repairs
  • Train customers and caregivers on the proper use, maintenance, and safety of equipment
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience as a mobility equipment service technician
  • Experience in delivering client-focused, need-based solutions and services
  • Strong communication skills for conveying technical information to customers and stakeholders
  • Dedicated home workspace with a strong internet connection
