Job Summary

A lending institution is searching for a person to fill their position for a Partial Remote Wholesale Account Executive.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Acts as a liaison between wholesale broker and loan operations
  • Develops and maintains wholesale mortgage loan production
  • Calls on potential or existing customers as assigned

Required Skills:

  • Expense account allowance
  • Strong experience with FHA and conventional loans
  • Minimum of two years' experience in the mortgage industry
  • Must be efficient with computers and loan operating systems
  • Experienced with Re-fi transactions
