Job Summary

A furniture retail company has a current position open for a Remote Wholesale Account Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Being the liaison between our corporate and wholesale businesses
• Remaining in constant contact with our wholesale customers
• Providing outstanding service in customer-oriented contact center environment

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including: Excel, Outlook and Word
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
