Job Summary

A wholesale distribution company is in need of a Remote Wholesale Distribution Customer Service Advocate.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing customer service regarding shipment/delivery, returns, credit, order status, corrections, and other customer concerns
  • Managing inbound and outbound phone calls and email
  • Following up on and tracking customer satisfaction

Qualifications Include:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Ability to provide customer service
  • Ability to follow up on and track customer satisfaction
  • Ability to manage inbound and outbound phone calls and email
  • Ability to work with internal software and database to update customer order status
  • Ability to track requests against service level limitations
