Job Summary
A mortgage company has an open position for a Remote Wholesale Junior Processor in Miami.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing relationship management with internal team members as well as Broker Partners
- Providing response to incoming calls, e-mails and faxes from Broker Partners and team members
- Proactively training and supporting Broker Partners
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Associates Degree or corresponding level of experience
- 2 years loan processing, escrow, or mortgage servicing required
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional organizational skills and operational focus
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and mortgage systems
- Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures
