Job Summary

A home financing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Wholesale Mortgage Loan Closer .

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Assisting in the review of CDs, LEs, and disclosure history
• Reviewing all files for completeness and accuracy
• Assisting in coordinating closings with title companies

Required Skills:

• Working knowledge of TRID regulations, RESPA 2010, HMDA and AIR
• Ability to adhere to internal or external guidelines, processes and procedures
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Ability to provide timely communications regarding closing status
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
