Job Summary
A financial services company is in need of a Remote Wholesale Mortgage Sales Support Member in Conshohocken.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting mortgage brokers and bankers with pricing and guidelines
- Assisting mortgage brokers and bankers with loan structuring and software/LOS
- Assisting mortgage brokers and bankers with underwriting support and Annual Recertification
Qualifications for this position include:
- Extensive sales/operations experience in the reverse mortgage industry is Mandatory
- Experienced with supporting a sales group and individual Senior Account Execs
- Able to simultaneously manage multiple time sensitive projects
- Ability to problem solve and handle complex customer calls
- Ability to handle a minimum of 70 emails and/or phone messages a day
