Job Summary
A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Wholesale Mortgage Underwriter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring loans meet, agency and government guidelines
- Approving or rejecting residential loans within prescribed authority
- Running, reading and interpreting automated underwriting decision results
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills
- High school diploma required
- Minimum 4 years of residential loan underwriting experience
- Ability to make risk based lending decisions supported with relevant data and research
- Knowledgeable with MS Office
- Excellent Customer Service skills
