Job Summary
A nonprofit organization has a current position open for a Remote Wholesale Products Sales Associate in New York City.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Entering and adjusting customer orders
- Providing account maintenance including updating customer information in ERP system
- Providing timely customer service and sales, primarily via email and/or ticketing system with some phone communication
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Work is primarily remote but may include 1 day per week at the Wholesale warehouse
- Robust computer skills
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, thorough, and accurate, with excellent attention to detail
