Job Summary
A reverse mortgage lender is in need of a Remote Wholesale Reverse Mortgage Processing Manager in Orange.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Maintain daily business operations of team (10 processors)
- Develop and maintain work flows
- Maintain department and company policies and procedures
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
- Minimum 5 years current retail mortgage processing experience
- 3 years management experience
- Excellent knowledge of lending practices and operations, including FHA guidelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; analytical skills
- All other requirements necessary for this position
